This Summer is all about printed, flirty dresses and this one is no exception. I was so excited when the amazing girls at TYSA reached out to me a couple of weeks ago - I always love finding new local brands and couldn't resist adding this Casablanca printed beauty to my wardrobe. 

I had to head down to San Diego for a couple of meetings yesterday so I opted to pair my new dress with wedges. I would love to wear a sexier heel for a night time look (like these) or sandals for brunch with the girls!

I can't believe we are a week away from July 4th! With that said, I'm finalizing plans and figuring out an outfit! I am loving all these options above for whatever the day may bring - whether at the beach, a BBQ or headed out later at night, all these pieces seem to be doing the trick for me. 

The best part about them? I will for sure be carrying them all the way through Summer...especially those red pumps!

Slouchy Summer

Wore this slouchy look to some meetings yesterday. I always love wearing harem pants in the Summer - especially when I know I'll be in my car for a good portion of the day. They're so comfy and can easily be dressed up with a structured blouse & wedges. 

The pleated details in this DVF blouse are my absolute favorite. I'm a huge fan of white tops but I love pieces that have a little bit of the unexpected to them and these little details automatically make the outfit more interesting.

Ripped & Worn In

There's something about a baggy, ripped & worn in pair of jeans - I'm not sure if it's how comfy they are, the stories all those rips & wear represent or that little bit of cool factor they add to any outfit. Whatever it is, I've always loved it! 

I've had these J Brand's for about 5 years now. They weren't this ripped or this baggy when I first got them but I'm kind of glad about that. They're more like boyfriend jeans now and can easily be dressed down or up. I'm loving them with my new favorite striped tee from Michael Stars - the fabric on this bright beauty is so soft it's hard to not want to wear it everyday!

I am so excited to share this post with you guys! One of my favorite apps, Pose, asked me to be a part of their partnership with Disney to promote the Lone Ranger movie with the 'Lone Ranger' scarf by Theodora and Callum. 

I decided to play with prints & the Southwestern theme by pairing it with some printed shorts, a crop top & wedges. This is the perfect Summer accessory - it's super light weight, the colors are gorgeous & it can even be wrapped like a sarong for all those tropical getaways we're all dying to take this Summer! This look is definitely going to be my Summer outfit inspiration. It's perfect enough to take me from work, to meetings and all the way through the night if I need to - I can just take off the hat for a different vibe too! I mean, Stripes - check! Metallic Heels - check! Lace & short shorts - check! Hat - check! Yup, my favorite gang is all here!

Summer time means all white everythaang! I'm digging into the back of my closet these days and finding all these old goodies from seasons past and bringing them back - my favorite Zara shorts I lived in while in Denmark last Summer & my favorite DVF wedges that I forgot I had (um, how does that happen?!?) are two such items. 

If you guys haven't noticed yet, I am L O V I N G sporting some bright lacy little numbers underneath my shear or baggy tees this season too. There's something about that little pop of color through your top that gives a little je ne sais quoi to everything!

As you guys probably already know, I love playing with balance - tight dress with chunky heels, skinny jeans with baggy tops and now, boyfriend jeans with delicate heels.

I've been so inspired on Pinterest lately that this outfit just came to me - muscle tee, boyfriend jeans, baseball hat & my favorite strappy heels. I love that this muscle tee has some sparkle to it...makes it a little more feminine. I went full out with the boyfriend vibe on my top but went completely girly on the bottom.

How are you playing with feminine / masculine, baggy / formfitting, etc. this Summer?
