Now that the weather has officially changed, I've got leggings, layers & leather on my mind. When I saw these fun leggings, I knew I had to have them - I mean, who doesn't love a little glitter in your outfit? These are perfect for the Holiday Party circuit I'm sure you're all embarking on - throw on your favorite button up blouse (I'm thinking white, burgundy or gold!) and a pair of pumps...voila!
